We’re back after a well‑earned break over Christmas and New Year — kicking off this Monday 5th January with a 6‑week block to get you moving, feeling strong, and showing up for you.
You choose your path:
• 6 outdoor sessions
• Any of my 3 indoor sessions
• Go bottomless and enjoy the freedom to attend as many outdoor sessions as you want!
I’m not here to sell you a “New Year, New You.”
We both know big overnight changes rarely stick. What does stick? CONSISTENCY That’s where the “magic” happens.
Just like I ask you to be consistent — I’m right here doing the same. Through the chilly mornings, the blazing summer heat, and everything in between!
