Monday 9am & 6:30pm
Wednesday 9am & 6pm
Saturday: 8.30am
LOCATION: Hartley Wintney common, opposite St. John's church.( fleet road/ green lane )

Friday 9am
LOCATION: Cricket Green common, opposite the Cricket Green,HW

I also offer:

Personal training, Corporate lunchtime sessions, small group private training & nutrition advic

We’re back after a well‑earned break over Christmas and New Year — kicking off this Monday 5th January with a 6‑week block to get you moving, feeling strong, and showing up for you.

You choose your path:
• 6 outdoor sessions
• Any of my 3 indoor sessions
• Go bottomless and enjoy the freedom to attend as many outdoor sessions as you want!

I’m not here to sell you a “New Year, New You.”

We both know big overnight changes rarely stick. What does stick? CONSISTENCY That’s where the “magic” happens.

Just like I ask you to be consistent — I’m right here doing the same. Through the chilly mornings, the blazing summer heat, and everything in between!

You bring the effort, I bring the motivation, accountability, and community that makes it all feel possible.

This is YOUR year to build habits that last.

It’s not the days between Xmas day and New Year’s Eve that make a difference to your fitness & strength - it’s from New Year to Xmas Eve that does!

Given yourself permission to:

🎄Enjoy the break to routine
🎄Socialise or not!
🎄enjoy celebrating with the foods & drink that maybe we restrict morning the year.

Whatever floats your boat - give yourself permission to do this over the festive break.

I’ll be back Monday 5th January with our new term - 6 weeks commitment to form good habits & fitness routine!
