Our outstanding victory, last weekend, made sure we were in the hat for the second round qualifying of the Women's FA Cup.

The FA Cup returns to the Village as we welcome Shaftesbury Ladies FC to Acland Park, on 20th September.

Sporting a fresh lineup, as some old Fenny favourites came of age and joined the ranks, our Veterans got their season off to a flyer, with a convincing victory, away to Starcross Dons F.C. Vets.

Our old guys are at back at home on Sunday 20th September for the return Starcross fixture! 👊🏻

A great session at Feniton Football Club with Feniton U18s and giving them an insight into a professional Warm up using a RAMP method for physical preparation for training and games.⚽️

✅Movement Based warm up
✅Resisted lateral and rotational movements linked to the game
✅Speed mechanics reactions with the floor foot position in the air determines where the foot contacts, implicit hurdle drill to support the desired outcome
✅Curved sprints as well as straight line sprints for injury prevention
✅Technical passing and receiving to prepare for the main football part of the session.
