Free Spirit kickboxing

Free Spirit kickboxing Free spirit kickboxing is a UK Freestyle Kickboxing school (similar to Olympic Boxing with Kicks above waist height). ALl techniques are above belt height.

There are lesson for all ages for 3 to 103. Free Spirit Kickboxing is a Kickboxing School for Children aged 3-16. Free Spirit is UK Freestyle Kickboxing and is under WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organisations) Professional Body, whom I have my insurance with. I am a qualified Black Belt, wanting to pass my passion on to others. There is the opportunity within the classes to gain belts thr

ough gradings. The style of Kickboxing can be described as Olympic Style boxing with kicks, this style focuses on technique and speed instead if strength placing less stress on the body at an age where the body is still developing.
