Today some of our development squad gymnasts competed in the Flight Spring Regional.

All of our gymnasts performed amazingly and we had some great results! 🤩

Yesterday some of our gymnasts from both our development and senior competition squads took part in the NI Acro Regional Prelims✨

We had a great day with some great results and happy gymnasts! A massive well done to all those that competed and a big thanks to Flight Gymnastics Academy for hosting such a fantastic competition. 👏🏼

Where: Holywood Yacht Club
When: 24th November @ 7:30pm

Entry will be £5 and there will be a raffle with lots of fantastic prizes to win on the night!

Last weekend our club held a sponsored bounce to raise funds for our squad gymnasts travelling to the inter-regionals and the national finals!

We are blown away by the support of all our club members and parents! A massive thank you to you all!🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏻

Today our development and senior competition squad gymnasts competed in the Northern Ireland National Development Plan and Regional qualifiers at Flight Gymnastics Academy !

A massive well done to our development squad at their very first competition and to our seniors also, who could not have performed better! All of our gymnasts picked up medals with a total of 9x 🥇 and 3x 🥈

It was a great day, thank you very much to Flight for hosting an excellent competition! We are some very happy coaches! 😊🏆

So happy to finally be able to say that classes will be starting back on SAT 12th JUNE in the leisure centre 👏🏼🌟

Because of the current Covid restrictions and requirements, we regret, that at present, we cannot run Kinder Gym classes. Details will be added to this page whenever these can be resumed.

The Executive has today announced that individual training for indoor sport can recommence from 30th April with an indicative date of 24th May for group sessions being allowed to resume.

Whilst it’s frustrating that clubs will need to wait a little bit longer for a return for group activity, we’re pleased that dates have finally been given to work towards.

We will continue to work with Sport NI to gather guidance as soon as possible for clubs so that they can prepare for reopening.
