A little bit about me. 10 years ago I had never set foot in a gym. I thought it would be boring. The picture of me on the left is shortly before I got married. I was constantly crash dieting. Sometimes I'd eat only a bowl of carrots for my meals. It didnt work. It wasnt sustainable. Growing up in the 90s/early 00s I was led to believe that being skinny was the way to go (the special K diet, the 1200 diet, the size 0 craze, "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". Ring a bell? I can relate.
Fast forward a few years and a friend asked me to join them at a bodypump class. The rest is history. I loved it. It gave me more confidence on the gym floor and I was hooked. Then on maternity leave I became an instructor and later a personal trainer.
I am passionate about helping other women with their fatloss journeys because it feels amazing having that freedom when you break out of that 90/00s mindset and I want them to feel that amazing too. Any doubts my clients have had I have had too.

So, it’s not about being skinny - it’s about getting fit and healthy and staying that way. Why not join me in the weights room lifting heavy weights. If you are worried about getting big muscles or becoming bulky, just ask the men in the weights room - it’s not that easy. If you want to know more why not dm me?
