Junior TB
Class 2: 6.30 p.m. Introduction to TB with fitness and drills
Class 3: 7.30 p.m. Push and Rush, intro to sparring

These are not "full on" Thai Boxing classes but a simple fun way to gain fitness and confidence.

I seem to have quite a few people dipping into GEES TB FIT at the moment.
I'm no longer running these classes but if you are looking for Thai Boxing send me a PM and I'll try to point you in the right direction for a suitable club for you.

Hello my little fitness freaks. Been a while.
You know it's time to get back on track, summer is here and the six pack and shoulders have left the building. Well it's never too late to get back in shape. I'm still here if you need that boost, give me a shout. If you're looking to get competitive I will get you in with DB or one of the other local clubs. You can catch me in Mold or Wrexham or private to suit. You don't miss the fit until you've lost it. Get it back before it's gone for good 😆

Happy Christmas my little fitness freaks. Hope you are all keeping well and keeping the fitness going. If on the other hand you have let things slip don't worry, there is a new year approaching. Make 2015 your fit year, work hard and it will stay with you for the years yet to be. As ever, you know where I am if you need that nudge or bit of inspiration. Enjoy Christmas see you in the New Year.

I trust that the Gees TB lot have kept at their fitness and all have beach bodies a catalogue model would be proud of now?
Don't forget if you need an intro into one of the local clubs I am always happy to pop along with you if you need that little confidence boost.
You will currently catch me at either Wrexham with Ians lot or with Daz in Mold but don't forget you have Mike Thomas here in Holywell and Wil at Russ's in Caerwys. Pretty sure 6 of the 7 days are covered so no excuses. Get your gloves back on and blast that fat!!

Hope you are all keeping going on the trek to fun and fitness. There is a competition in Wrexham next Sunday 18th if you fancy a night out. A couple of novices of Katherines, juniors of Ian and some favourites from Mike Thomas that you may well know as well as the rest. Always a good atmosphere at Russ's Wrexham fight nights. So we are taking a short break. Keep checking the page to see whats what and where things are happening. Once I get a new venue we will kick things up again. Meanwhile, dont give up, keep in touch and if you need an intro into your local class I will be happy to come along to make the intro if you are shy lol.

Don't forget it's Monday night off next week (31st) so you can just do some stretching,jogging,tum and bum work and shoulder strength at home for an hour or so.....I know you all will :-)

Woo hoo, good work by the chosen few, good fat burning and good technique work too and even some excellent sparring learned later. All in all a good night for those that dug deep and had some fitness and fun. Well done you :-)
