❤️ 🏃‍♂️The Prince of Wales led the plaudits after offering his "huge congratulations" to the rugby star. He has raised more than £11.3m for motor neurone disease treatment and research in memory of the late Rob Burrow, his best friend and former team mate. Kevin, 45, received the CBE in the honours last year, and another gong is not usually bestowed within three years.❤️

Kevin Seinfield. A fantastic human being. Making a difference to trying to find a cure for MND. Year on year hammering his own body. This guy is already a Leader of the highest respect amongst our people. Hopefully the will give this man a Knighthood. He does not care and it won’t impact on his motivation but the majority of British people are calling for this for a brilliant human being

Vaulting And Agility taught in every primary School in the 60s@70s. Now PE has suffered a massive decline in the educational development of Children in Wales. PE should be a Core Subject with . Personal development cards for every child , progress reports to mum and dad on a regular basis. Welsh Government needs to invest more. 120/180 minutes a week. Gymnasiums in a lot of schools I visits are old, unwelcoming ,cold places. invest in 2020 equipment , fill school gyms with modern apparatus and they will fill up. One of the main reasons Wales languishes close to the bottom of europes league tables of most unfit Nations. A tag no Government should be proud of.
