We are extremely pleased to announce Shay Murphy has agreed to Join ourselves for our new project for the season coming. With several conversations with shay it’s clear to see his passion for the club and wearing the shirt of Holyhead Hotspur
Shay has had several clubs chasing him from Tiers 4-3 but after explaining our standard and level of competition we will face we feel we can improve him and get him enjoying his football back at his boyhood club. Not only will shay bring goals he’s also already physically fit and ready to get going with his new teammates.

🔵⚪ NEW SIGNING | SAM JONES 🔵⚪

Holyhead Hotspur are delighted to confirm the signing of Sam Jones from Bangor 1876.

26 year old attacker Jones arrives at the club with valuable experience already across the Welsh football pyramid, having represented clubs including Caernarfon Town, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Bangor 1876. A versatile attacking player, he is capable of operating across the forward line and brings pace, work rate and creativity in the final third.

The management team have been so impressed by Jones quality & attitude, and believes he will be an excellent addition to the squad as preparations continue for the new campaign.

Everyone at Hotspur absolutely made up to have Sam onboard and wishes him every success at the club.

Holyhead Hotspur are delighted to welcome forward Byron Davis from CPD Y Felinheli. ✍️

Davis arrives on the back of a remarkable breakthrough campaign in the Ardal North West, establishing himself as one of the most exciting young forwards in North Wales football. The 18-year-old struck 28 goals in 34 appearances, including 20 league goals, finishing among the division’s leading scorers in what was his first season at Tier 3 level. His outstanding form earned him recognition as one of the standout performers across North Wales football this season 🔥

The move to Hotspur now provides the next step in his development, with the club committed to giving ambitious local players the platform to test themselves at a higher level.
