2 thumping wins for both our inter league pool teams meant they both jumped up to 2nd in their respective leagues.
Holyhead beat Oswestry 28v12 in the premier division at Cybi Sports. Meanwhile, Holyhead B won 27v13 away at Ex Service amigos who are based in Oswestry. Well done to both teams.

Another shout out and appreciation.
These two local legends are an absolute asset to the club. The Parry Brothers. They have been mainstays in the Holyhead Pool league for many years and are now playing a massive part for the Cybi Whites
Always encouraging our youngsters, often the first ones in on a Thursday and the last to leave.
We can always rely on them. Long live the Parry double. Thank you for everything Wyn and Emlyn.

Big shout out to this young man. Sean Hill. The son of 147 man Andy. I've been pestering Andy for a while for Sean to play in last night's final. Andy's attitude was like many fathers. He didn't think it was right he just came in for the big game at the end. He felt Sean maybe wasn't quite ready for the occasion. We all know he can pot but he's rusty with the other side of the game.
However, this team is all about opportunity and progression. So I got my way and threw him in. He done everyone proud. His manners and soft kind nature is a credit to his parents. Well Sean, your time will come.

Congratulations to all of our pool teams for amazing achievements this season. You've given our cleaner an extra job that's for sure. Big thank you to Ryan Thomas for his hard work and dedication and improving the league year on year. Roll on the summer league. Any new players want to join then get in touch. There is no minimum standard. All abilities and ages will get a game.

Congratulations to our pool team the Cybi Whites who last night won the Holyhead and District division 2 with a game to spare in their first season.
The team was formed to enable to give our youngsters, Harry Smith, Jack Moore and Jamie Williams an opportunity to progress their games at a competitive level.
Not only that but they also have 3 cup finals to look forward to in what has been an outstanding season.
