Lovely to see so many ringings at Clawton this month for our ringing practice. There were around 35 ringers that attended although a few had to leave early and missed the photo!

Thank you to Liz Martin for arranging the practice and providing the refreshments.

Next month we will travel to St Mary's Launceston for our October practice on Thursday 15th October between 7pm and 8.30pm.

Tonights monthly practice was held at St Stephens church Launceston & what lovely bells they were to ring. Around 25 ringers attended this month's practice and they also had the opportunity to purchase the new Tamar Valley Guild of Ringers polo shirts as modelled in the photo, don't they look smart! thank you to St Stephens for allowing us to ring.

Next month we are closer to home at Clawton as our host tower on Wednesday 16th September from 7pm.

This Tuesday we have our monthly practice at St Stephen's tower Launceston starting at the slightly earlier time of 6.45pm. Really looking forward to ringing these lovely bells.

Tenor 15–1–20 (1728 lb or 784 kg) in E (661.0 Hz)

You will also have the opportunity to purchase our new Tamar valley Guild of Ringers Polo Shirts in navy with the TVGR logo for £20 each. Our Chairman Liz has sourced them and they come in unisex sizes small, medium and large.

🔔 Sad News from Lifton Bell Ringers 🔔
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of their Tower Captain, Colin Kneebone.Colin was the heart of the bell ringing team at St Mary's and dedicated decades of his life to the parish, guiding the ringers through countless Sunday services, weddings, and historic national events.We send our deepest condolences to Colin’s family and loved ones. He will be greatly missed. Details regarding the funeral and any commemorative ringing will be posted here as soon as they are available. Rest in peace, Colin.
