Good October everyone,
Next week I am going to do some mock gradings, I'll see who's ready and who's not. Then the following week Thursday 16th it's the real thing.
I'm thinking of starting a family class, I need to know if there is any interest. This is where mum or dad get involved and train with thier children.

Good morning everyone, September already, hope you all had a lovely summer. The question on most people's lips, when's grading? The answer, Thursday 16th October. 5.00pm start. Sorry but no exceptions anyone meant to be grading will have to attend. I can't arrange grading for individuals. You have plenty of warning. Please wear the correct uniform and belt in class. Classes run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Use any or all.

Hi Everyone

Hope you all have a great bank holiday weekend. Remember we are closed bank holiday Monday, feel free to use any other class to make this up.

Grading will take place Thursday 19th June 5.00pm start.

Black belt grade date to follow.

Lets work hard towards your next belt,

You will be notified in class if you are grading.

There is no such thing as perfection, we all make mistakes, we just have to learn from them.

Grading over untill June, 100% pass this time, always good.
In June there will be both Kyu and Black belt gradings.
Please remember Cobras are always recruiting, let your family and friends know about us. Share your presentation photos on your page, every little helps.
Always remind your children.

Hi Everyone,

The date of grading will be Thursday 27th February, starting at 5.00pm.
Please remember your grading fees.
If you are not grading, there is no class that night.

All classes are open to everyone, this means you can attend every class. Monday 5.00pm and 6.30pm. Tuesday 6.00pm and Thursday 5.00pm. This give's you more choice and availability. The adult class is available at the age of 16 or by invite by myself.

All orders of uniforms or equipment must be paid for at time of order. Sorry but no order will be placed without payment.

Please return your T/Cs, this way I get your email and contact details. Then you get all the information you need.

Please remember fee's are due the first week of each month.

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a great Christmas.
Back to work now. My operation done, I'm healing nicely, still a little pain but nothing to worry about.
Give me a week or two and I'll get grading dates out.
For the next couple of weeks I won't be doing much teaching, but I will be about,

Hi everyone

Christmas fast approaching. I hope you are all ready.
Cobra's will break for Christmas after class Thursday 19th December.
We will re-open Thursday 2nd January.
I hope you all have a fantastic Christmas.
My operation date is 22nd December, so I will spend Christmas recovering. I hope to be fit to resume in the New Year. But please don't worry, classes will be covered.
Look out for grading dates in January's newsletter.
Don't forget we are always recruiting.
