A great day yesterday up at underbank for the 10’s & 12’s gala day. Some good rugby on display, Congratulations to Dodworth miners on winning the tournament. The day of rugby was followed by some good company and great singers in the evening. What a day 🧡🤎

After a good 80 minutes of rugby Drighlington proved best. Neither team were prepared to back down from the arm wrestle and mistakes were well capitalised on. But in the end a well drilled drig side came out on top. Onto our last game of the season Bramley away which is make or break in our push for play offs

At long last after a long few weeks of losses and intense training it all came together in yesterdays game against birkenshaw. From minute one the lads looked good in attack and even stronger in defence. The scoreline doesn’t represent the dominant performance from the boys with 3 disallowed tries we were dissapointed the scoreline did not favour us more but we walked away with the 2 points and our heads held high. 2 games to the end of the season and hopefully with results going our way play offs

This weekend we are at home (pitch inspection pending) to Birkenshaw Bluedogs in hopes to turn around the result from the last game against them, The lads have put in 3 weeks of hard training in preparation and are hoping that it pays off this weekend. Team news to follow
