Of course it's a joke but in our business people get mis sold dreams through clever advertising, especially at this time of year.
Just remember the basics that always have & always will work:
Dos
✅️ Exercise regularly
✅️ Eat sensibly
✅️ Rest & recover
✅️ Drink enough water
✅️ Get outdoors more
✅️ Set yourself short term targets leading to a longer term goal
Donts
❌️ Train to exhaustion every day
❌️ Reward yourself with bad food choices because you've been to the gym
❌️ Go to bed too late or lie in too long
❌️ Drink alcohol daily
❌️ Surround yourself with negativity
❌️ Repeat the same workout every session
