Good news folks! I know some of you love Pilates as much as me!! - so we are adding Thursday 7 pm to my schedule. Hope that suits you all, come & join us, be quick to book tho.

NEW CLASSES - Tuesdays 2 pm & Thursdays 5.45 pm.
We will be working on your flexibility, balance, strength & co-ordination, moves are modified throughout the session to suit your needs. We focus on your correct technique, body alignment and posture correction so you can be sure you are doing your new Pilates sessions correctly and with ease that will suit your needs perfectly.
We will then finish off the session with some wonderful relaxation - deep breathing & stretches set to calming
& very therapeutic background music.
