Sorry folks I will be cancelling Thursday 25th class at moulton due to the extreme heat that its gonna be evan hotter than now !
I have to think about the saftey of you ladies first and some would of preferred to cancel and some didn't mind, but I decided to be safe, enjoy the heat while its here and keep drinking lots of water
Hope to be back to normal on monday 30th june x

Well done for coming out to class tonight, we had 10 tonight, thats a great turn out considering the heat.
Well ive taken off my sweaty sports bra,and had a cold shower 🚿 it was very nice x
