Time to practice what I preach . In the last 6 months my vo2 max has dropped from 52 - 45.
Vo2 max in simple terms is how well your heart and lungs work and is arguably the biggest predictor of longevity and quality of life as you age. This is why it’s one of the main things we push to improve at Hitsona.
