DAD & KIDS FITNESS CLASS!!

Saturday 11th April - 1pm -1:45pm

Ages 5-10 years old

Following on from my stories yesterday, you voted unanimously and you can book on NOW!

A fitness class where Dads can bring their kids. The Dads will get a good workout and the kids will have fun training with them.

There will be fitness challenges, obstacle courses, boxing, races and much more!! 🙌🏼

Small Group PT

From next week, I am offering a limited number of small group PT sessions. The times available are…

MONDAY 6:45AM
TUESDAY 6:45PM
WEDNESDAY 7:30AM
THURSDAY 6:45AM & 10:45AM

(If any other times come up, I will post as and when they’re available)

The sessions will be up to 4 people per session. The costs per session are…

Two people (Partner PT) - £25 each
Three people PT - £20 each
Four people PT - £15 each

Payment to be made for four weeks upfront.

Small Group PT is more affordable for some compared to one to one training but also has the benefits of a personalised programme along with the motivation and support from the others in the group who are in a similar position to you, with similar goals. We can communicate as a group throughout the week to discuss training outside of the sessions and nutrition etc along with any questions/problems you may be finding with training/motivation.

If you are interested in any of these times, please comment below or DM me for more details and once we have full groups in place of at least two people, we can get started 💪🏼

The LCF Xmas Toy Appeal is BACK and we need you more than ever!!

Firstly, we’d like to thank, once again, every single person who donated last year and made it such a huge success!

This year, we are supporting THREE local charities……
HABS Strength In Mind Therapeutic Service
The Hertford Pantry
And HWVSP

All of which do amazing work in our area with hundreds of families in crisis, all year round but Xmas in particular, they provide gifts to families in need, who can’t afford presents for their children.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept anything 2nd hand for this toy collection and please DO NOT wrap the presents.

This is our fourth year of doing the Xmas Toy Appeal and as we are supporting three separate charities this year, we want to go even bigger than the last times!! 💪🏼

All donations must be brought/delivered to the LCF studio by Friday 12th December so that they can sorted, wrapped and delivered to the families in time for Xmas! 🎅🏻

Cross Country ski, biking & hiking in Arctic
Half Iron Man (won her age group)
5k running time down to 23mins
Sub 4 hour Marathon

Full Iron Man to come in 6 weeks

50 years old in January!! 👏🏼

This, right here, is hard work and dedication from 👏🏼 And doesn’t she look great! 👍🏼

Katie works so hard at Boot Camp, at PT and outside of the sessions too. Since starting at LCF, Katie has found a love of running and walking and taken on various challenges this year, with more to come!!

Not only has Katie worked hard on herself (sometimes boot camping twice per day), she has been great at encouraging other members too!

Well done Katie! You have earned these results! Keep up the good work 👏🏼👏🏼
