A warm and inviting space dedicated to sharing various levels of the yoga practice. The Yoga Cabin is nestled on the rural Norfolk/Suffolk border, just outside the lovely villages of Feltwell and Hockwold. 16 mat capacity. The intention of the space is to offer beginning level classes that lay the roots, or foundation, for a student’s yoga practice. The more advanced levels help the students disc
over the motivations and philosophy behind behaviors, thoughts, and actions. Each class offers physical and mental benefits to elevate a student’s yoga practice. We pride ourselves on a strong sense of community in our semi rural environment and cultivating deep connections with all who join us. We are dedicated to uplifting students to develop self-reliance and celebrate the livelihood of the spirit. The studio invites yoga students of all levels to explore, awaken, and liberate the body, mind, and breath.
