Jack Murphy yet again working his magic, when Carly found things tough, he reassured her, and when she was being a diva (unbelievably she can be!) he cracked the whip and she knuckled down again!

The woman is an inspiration to many, and she continues to push the boundaries of what is possible and although he are biased, this is fu***ng insane!!

Mr Pancutt, easily the greatest bloke on earth, let alone round here!

For those of you who train at RAW, you’ll first hand know how much of a top bloke Jon is, and thoroughly deserves these insane results, BUT for those who are yet to experience RAW, I can guarantee this man will welcome you in more than anyone!
*
These results couldn’t be any more deserving for Jon, a young family man who loves a pint at the footy, loves his family time and loves his true love Arsenal! So with this in mind, Jack Murphy built a plan that allowed Jon to enjoy his current lifestyle but have the accountability and structure he was slightly lacking to get results like these! Watching Jon first hand in the shoot was probably one of our proudest moments at RAW, seeing a guy who openly admits he was apprehensive, standing next to trainers, and man mountains in the shoot is always a daunting task, but to watch him flourish and own that stage like he deserved to do was a really heart warming moment!

Andrew Kwo is the latest man mountain to get in incredible shape, and we don’t even know what to say!

Having fantastic level of training history and a very very solid amount of muscle mass, the goal was to sharpen focus, create stronger accountability and get into the best shape of his life! Genuinely one of the most humble guys we’ve ever had in RAW, it has been amazing to see his transformation after the last few months! Being a devoted family man with children, the guy is a true inspiration and the visuals just prove how amazing he looks!

Firstly, this man is an absolute Gent! A true inspiration as a father, grandfather, husband and human! At the ripe age of 65, George decided that he wanted to take his physique to new levels, and his own words ‘this is the only time in my life I’ve ever paid for a PT!’ And boy did he pick a good 1! Working alongside Jack Murphy the goal was simple, get into incredible shape for the photoshoot!

Training alongside his daughter Georgia Hennessey & Loretta Alicia it was genuinely a privilege to have the whole family in RAW. They all trained so hard but the most endearing aspect was seeing the encouragement they all gave to each other!

This man puts most 25 year-olds to shame, but more importantly he is a true inspiration, and we are delighted he has achieved these incredible results!

What a woman!!
*
Words don’t actually do this woman justice, from being a powerhouse mum of 2, to smashing out pull ups with her daughter on her back, to having surgery 6 weeks ago, or just being the nicest woman around!

Georgia decided to level up her transformation by taking on a photo shoot with her dad (this is another story 🤯) and was the main man for the job!
Navigating through injuries, surgeries and a busy mum life, the plan was simple, effective and had to work around G’s family life. And boy did the team deliver!

After 5 years at RAW, Jack has been relentless and ruthless in pursuing the best results possible, and anyone who trains at RAW would witness this first hand! The man is a beast and continues to inspire every day, and it is only that he s rewarded for this!

Jack has helped develop RAW in the last 5 years and our mission is to catapult the level of results to heights that has never been seen!

The next few months and years are extremely exciting at RAW and this man will be one of many to be pushing us forward and we can’t wait!!

The big dog .ball420 joined our January Team Transformation, in preparation for the summer Wedding of the Year!
*
An absolute beast in the gym, whether he was in at 3am catching up sessions or telling other members he was going to ‘people’s elbow them’, he is an absolute joy to have in the place! The phrase ‘he lights up the room’ literally doesn’t do him justice, he is the most positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn member we’ve potentially ever had, and he’s infectious to be around!
After initially smashing his Team Transformation, Sam decided to go all in 1-2-1 coaching and take his physique to the next level, and he thoroughly deserves these results!!
