PM 60’ Flow/Bike
Wednesday:
Threshold Hyrox specific
Thursday:
60’ Rehab & Recovery
Friday:
AM Full Body Strength
PM Sweat (Threshold)
Saturday:
Super Sat (Metcon)
Sunday:
Rest
