This weekend Freedom Tri are hosting their annual Duck N Dash event. 🏊 🏃‍♂️

This is a great multi sport event for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes. There is a kids race too.

The event is a pool swim followed by a run. Adults do a 400m swim followed by a 5K run.

This year the team have worked tirelessly to move the event from its usual Letchworth location to Hitchin, due to recent flooding affecting Letchworth Lido.
