I’m the face behind The Wellbeing Pod 👋🌿
I’ve been a Classical Pilates teacher and yoga practitioner for 24 years, so you could say you’re in very safe hands.
From 92-year-olds to teenagers, West End performers to top professional athletes… I’ve worked across the full spectrum of bodies, lives, and nervous systems.
So what’s my superpower?
Helping people get out of pain, rebuild trust in their bodies, and feel confident again through all the changing seasons of life.
And just as importantly, I love working with people who feel a bit “meh” in themselves and want to reconnect, soften the noise, and actually start to feel at home in their body again 💕
Because one thing I’ve learned over the years is this: most tension isn’t just physical. It’s the body, mind, emotions and nervous system trying to adapt, protect, and keep up with everything life throws at us.
Inside The Wellbeing Pod, we slow things down so your system can actually reset. Less force. Less noise. More space. More connection back to yourself, free from fitness trends, fads, and pressure.
I’m the teacher and coach for you if you’re looking for someone with decades of experience across a whole spectrum of wellbeing practices, supporting every stage of life.
