We have changed our NAME to Rock Bootcamp just because we have had a few people think that they must be from Hitchin to join us 🏋️‍♀️

We are based equidistant to Hitchin and Luton - literally a 5 min drive from both so we are suitable for anyone local 🔥

In fact you can also get to us in 15 min from Stevenage, Letchworth and all the local villages too

You don’t always need the top of the range equipment you see online to have a great workout! 🏋️

We like yo keep things simple at Hitchin Bootcamp HQ and one of our favourites pieces of equipment is the tyre 🛞

Our punch bags are even made of tyres which are a lot less resistant on your hands that you may think!!
