‼️ 3 MUST Do Exercises ‼️⁣

3 exercises to add to your leg day. Really hitting them Glutes 🍑 and Hamstrings. ⁣

1) Stiff Leg 🦵🏼 - Control movement and feel in your glutes and Hams⁣

2) Hip Thrusts - Squeeze ya bum at the top of movement and feel it getting worked - don’t use your lower back to lift. Imagine squeezing a coin inbetween them cheeks and not letting them go⁣

3) Solit Squats ☠️ - Lethal exercise control the movement, get as low as you can, head down and hold them tears in!⁣

Your not alone in this journey. Your not the only one that is struggling and your head messes with you.⁣

Everybody weight loss journey is a struggle, a struggle⁣
❕To build new habits⁣
❗️To smash every workout⁣
❕ Change in scales⁣

We all find it difficult and at some point really want to f*ck it off. Your not the only one. ⁣

This is all part of the process and I’m telling you, once you realise that you will mess up a few times and it isn’t a big deal the more you will be easier on yourself and realise all this is part of your journey to your weight loss.⁣

Don’t drop stupid low on calories. Make sure you stay in a slight deficit consistently, prioritise high Protein (over 100g minimum). Lift weights 3-4x a week. ⁣

Don’t quit just because motivation has gone, you’ve had a bad workout or you haven’t seen a change in the scale. Understand this is normal! Enjoy the process and you’ll be rewards.⁣
