Well that was a busy Tuesday class. 🥊
Full ladies class and a full adult kickboxing sparring session. Some great lads and lasses coming through and lots of new starters.
Buzzing session.
Bring on the WKO British in a few weeks.

Great day at WKO English open.
A very professionally run tournament that ran amazingly well for the number of competitors.
