🏆LEAGUE WINNERS🏆
Our men‘a side managed to go unbeaten in the year and go from 3rd to 1st place in the table to finish the season on Wednesday!
A great team performance capped off a very successful season for the lads and gave them a well deserved place at the top of league.

Congratulations lads and most importantly men’s skipper Tom Sorren who took the role on in only his second year of hockey but managed to captain the side to top spot!

🏑MEET THE EXECS🏑
This is our president Shiv.
Shiv is a 2nd year MPhysiotherapy student and is the man in charge of the hockey club this upcoming year.

Shiv is well versed in hockey and helped the team out with some big performances last year. Never has a man looked more graceful in a headband than Shiv floating round Bradford Grammar school hockey pitch.

We are looking forward to having a new leader for the upcoming year

Last night was special. For the first time since 2016 sports teams representing the UBU and the University won Varsity. Competing over four days and seventeen different fixtures our sport students were victorious with a score of 9-8 against rivals the University of Huddersfield. The scores were as follows:

VARSITY DAY IS HERE!!

Varsity day is finally here! Our men and women teams are so excited to get onto the pitch today and show what the Rangers are made of.

The shuttle bus leaves from Richmond at 5:45. Our women pushback at 6:30 and men at 20:00 at Bradford Grammar -

Unfortunately, we only have space for 15 spectators on the bus, however taxis to the ground aren’t too expensive and there’s lots of places to park.

As we play at a school please DO NOT bring any alcohol, this is a strict rule from the school.

We’re excited to see you all down there and collect some points for that varsity trophy🏑🏆

A great game from our girls yesterday, although they didn’t come away with the win the girls put up a good fight right to the final whistle.

Our goals were both scored by Millie Goode

WOM goes to Fi for her efforts today and especially taking the ball to knee like an trooper! 🥳🤕

Unfortunately, the dick of the day is joint between Fi for getting hit in the knee and Lydia for forgetting shin pads and not getting many passes (although Lydia was also had a nomination for MOM for her attempts!)
