Autumn to Winter Workshops 🤍

I’m feeling so happy to tell you all about my lovely new workshops. These are thoughtfully curated events with community in mind.
Combining movement, creativity and relaxation to ease stress, reset the nervous system and bring a little bit of joy!…
And introducing three new dates for my yoga and wreath making sessions after last years popularity (thank you so much) These sessions are designed for you to slow down and connect to yourself and nature. Beginning with a beautiful yoga practice suitable for all then a wreath making workshop which includes all ethically sourced natural materials for you to create a beautiful wreath in a mindful environment. We will also enjoy festive hot drinks and time to natter! You may like to choose your ticket date according to the season!

I am so grateful to host workshops with nature, wellness and community at the heart. These workshops are relaxed, friendly and encouraging. Accessible for all levels and abilities in a wonderful studio.
