I wasn’t going to let not being able to travel to Spain because my passport was just over 10 years old (seriously, go and check yours now! 😳) put a spanner in the works.

So, keeping the FOMO firmly at bay, I’ve had a whirlwind few days of fun in the sun with some awesome friends and family. ☀️❤️

From paddleboarding along the canals at Godalming and Odiham, to an overnight van adventure in the New Forest soaking up the coastline, then straight back out on Saturday evening for a bikepacking adventure across the South Downs and down to the coast... wow, I needed that!

Feeling absolutely blooming marvellous right now, with a lovely undertone of chilled, tired, and very grateful. 🥰

Thank you to my lovelies for the memories, and well done to my friends who made it to Spain and completed the hike to Santiago. 😍🙌

Sometimes it takes a little while to find the courage to put those skills into practice, but that's all part of the process. Watching confidence grow ride by ride is one of the best things about coaching. 🙌

They all get there in the end, and the smiles when they finally nail it make it completely worth it! 💪🚵‍♀️🔥

We had the pleasure of catching in action last night, painting the cutest little bridge with the river winding through Eashing 🎨✨
Then it was onto chasing sunsets, soaking up the views from the North Downs Way, and finishing the evening the best way possible… beer and chips 🍻🍟🌅

Harry’s got an exhibition coming up too, so definitely worth checking out 👌

Huge well done to Harry, Jojo, Oscar & their dads racing at the Pedalhounds today 🤩🤩
A slightly early finish for Jojo after a crash, but he was all smiles knowing his earlier runs were enough to secure a podium spot 🙌🔥
Love seeing the Off Root crew out racing, supporting each other and giving it everything 💪🚵

Love mine and Ali's bikepacking adventures ❤️❤️ my perfect partner in crime… this weekend we brought the men along too 😏

Rain forced a change of plan—camping ditched for the only B&B nearby.
But hey, who doesn’t love riding 120km fully loaded… for absolutely no reason 🤔🤣

Did they have fun?.....well there is talk of more so I'd say mission accomplished......

I was having a CBA kind of evening with an undertone of FOMO.
Obviously, the fomo won as couldn't miss out on idea to watch the moon rise, followed by the sunset at Blackdown.

Some of our young intermediate riders are definitely learning to fly now 🚀
And when it doesn’t quite go to plan… we’re right there helping dial it back in.

We focus on solid fundamentals, so even when things go wrong, they’ve got the skills (and confidence) to save it 💪

Saturdays are full-on fun — with our adult FOMO rides running alongside too.
Proper family vibes at their best ❤️
