There’s never been a more important and fulfilling time to support the mental health of both your social and work communities - and your own well-being.
Delivered dynamically via online sessions and self-directed activities, this course enables you to develop practical skills to identify mental health issues, support those in distress or crisis, and including referral to professional support, guide the person to recovery.
I'm one of many accredited Adult MHFA England Instructors working collaboratively across the UK, to co-facilitate these courses.
The online sessions take place over a 10-14 day period, with varied dates, days and times of day available. All participants will receive a comprehensive learning materials and online resources as well as mentor support, and upon completion, they will receive a certificate as a Mental Health First Aider.
