5 YEARS OF STUDIO FLOW 🎉

Five years ago, I started Studio Flow with a 6-month-old baby crawling around while we got the studio ready — and a 3-year-old causing mayhem! 😂

I was a Pilates instructor around many Hinckley based gyms, so the original plan was to open a small mat Pilates studio in Hinckley, before deciding to bring pole & aerial over from our Nuneaton studio too (introducing Reformer Pilates in 2023) And somehow, five years later, here we are!

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Studio Flow along the way — our members, our instructors, and everyone who has played a part in making the studio what it is today.

There have been plenty of changes, challenges, laughs and a LOT of classes over the last five years. It definitely hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so proud of how Studio Flow has grown and become a happy place for so many of you.

And of course, we couldn’t let our 5th birthday pass without giving something back…

✨ BACK TO YOUTH HOOP + SLING ✨

Over the summer, our youth aerial classes have been aerial hoop only, but we’re now bringing back the best of both worlds! 🥰

We’re so excited to have both Nicola & Amy back delivering our mixed Aerial Hoop + Aerial Sling class.

With two instructors and just 12 spaces, the children will get to spend half the class on aerial hoop and half on aerial sling — learning new skills across both apparatuses.

Nicola will be heading back to the performing world from October half term, so this special two-instructor setup won’t be around forever.

From mid-October, our Youth Aerial class will continue with just 8 spaces and Amy, keeping things small, focused and personal.

And we have some VERY exciting opportunities coming up for our young aerialists… 👀✨

Our much-loved Reform Mama classes are returning to Studio Flow — a postnatal Reformer Pilates class designed to help you rebuild strength, regain confidence and enjoy some movement time without needing childcare... because baby comes too! 👶

Perfect for mums who are:
✔️ 6+ weeks post vaginal birth (with medical sign-off)
✔️ 10+ weeks post C-section (with medical sign-off)
✔️ Looking to reconnect with their body safely after pregnancy
✔️ Bringing a little one who isn't yet mobile

With just 6 spaces per class, you'll get plenty of support in a relaxed, welcoming environment alongside other local mums.
