JD Personal Training specialise in one-to-one sessions, group fitness, corrective exercise and sports nutrition. With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, we will work with you to design and plan a programme to achieve your fitness goals whilst making effective use of your time in and out of the gym. Our personal training sessions are held at Enderby Leisure Centre. Often people are u

nsure of the benefits of personal training, which is why we offer a FREE 30 minute consultation so we can establish your overall fitness and health goals. During your consultation we will show you how we can help you and answer any questions you may have regarding personal training. We welcome people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes. We aim to deliver personal training in a fun and effective manner to get you to where you want to be.
