We have great facilities including two full size rings, a weights room and changing rooms along with a variety of punch bags and equipment

Monday: Carded/invited Boxers 6.30-8.00 pm
Keep Fit Session: 8.00-9.00 pm


Wednesday: Carded/invited Boxers 6.30-8.00 pm
Keep Fit Session: 8.00-9.00 pm


Friday: Carded/invited Boxers only 6.30-7.45 pm
