Did you know that Rambert Grades training is the official contemporary dance training standard of The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD)?

Miss Rachael is qualified L1 & L2 with Rambert to teach and hold exams. Interested? Our classes take place on Thursday early evenings, please get in touch 💜

💜 Happy Founder’s Day PB! 💜

The 8th May, 1982, Pat Barker Academy of Dance opened at St John’s Ambulance Hall in Hinckley with just 11 pupils and since that time Miss Pat and her teachers have taught over 1000 aspiring dancers with many going on to professional dance careers.

It was Miss Pat’s dream to share her talent for dance and her love for teaching pupils and today Miss Rachael and the PB team continue that dream as we enter our 44th year!

A big Thankyou to all our dancers and their families who helped us raise £150 for The British Heart Foundation.

Guess the name of the Jellycat was a big hit and congratulations to Emily Szabo from our Junior dance section who won a Bartholomew Bear Jellycat by guessing the correct name ‘Zoe’
