Come along and join our group on Tuesday mornings at Hinckley Golf Club ⛳️

Golf in Society is reaching out to people experiencing late-life diagnosis and their families to take part in age appropriate sessions of golf.

These sessions can be specially tailored to suit you and your loved ones needs, being adaptable for conditions such as dementia, parkinsons, or for people who have had strokes. Not only do these sessions help participants feel stronger, less socially isolated, and build confidence, but they also allow carers some much needed respite and support networks - vital resources for those caring for loved ones.

These sessions are open to anyone regardless of experience (or lack of) and start from £10 an hour.

It finally feels like our junior golfing season has begun… on Sunday we hosted our first Flag 50 event of the season and it was amazing to see so many of our juniors enjoying the golf course in the sun with their families 🏌🏻‍♂️

A little unexpected surprise ✨🏆

Yesterday I attended the Hinckley & Bosworth ‘Let’s Get Moving’ Sports Awards 2023 after being notified that I had been shortlisted for two awards 🥰

Inspiring Instructor - Winner🥇

Outstanding Contribution- Runner Up🥈

I still can’t quite believe I won 🥹 It was a fantastic evening and amazing to hear so many inspiring stories from other coaches, teams and individuals and it was an honour to be shortlisted along side them ✨

Meet our Tuesday Golf in Society group at Hinckley Golf Club ⛳️

We have lots of fun each week, socialising, learning new skills, playing games and catching up over coffee ☕️
