Proof that you can lose the gut without giving up the things you enjoy 🍪🥃
Tony has been training with me since 2023. He first came to me wanting to improve his strength, flexibility and stability, and to perform better at karate 🥋
Since then, his confidence and ability have come on leaps and bounds. He trains hard four days a week, even at 77 years old, after dealing with a heart attack and other health challenges in the past.
Towards the end of last year, he decided to really dial things in with his diet. While he was making great progress in the gym and benefiting mentally, his snacking was holding his weight back.
So we focused on tracking calories and making smarter choices. Over the past couple of months, he has dropped the stubborn belly fat and has no plans to stop 🔥
It has been a real pleasure coaching Tony over the past couple of years, and I am grateful to have built a genuine friendship with him 🤝🏻
