Really good week at Atlas BJJ, was able to promote my good friend and student Richard Wall to purple belt. Rich trains regularly and despite 2 hip operations is a demon on the mats, well deserved promotion.

Dan Strauss Seminar

Its been a busy few months at ACS with the opening of our new second mat space but it didn't stop us hosting the fantastic Dan Strauss for a seminar. Brilliant night was had by all.

Thanks to our friends at Atlas Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grizzly Grapplers North Devon and Tavern Fitness and Martial Arts for joining us. We're glad to bring the local grappling community together.

Gi & No-Gi divisions will be contested under IBJJF rule set, though White belts 5 minutes and all belts from blue onwards will fight for 6 minutes.

Congratulations to Chris winning at Somerset open against some tough opposition.
His opponent Inthe final was over 40kg heavier and he still won. Well done, very happy coach 👍
