Join us for a special Charity Doubles Tournament as we remember our much-loved member, Dave Jenkins, who sadly passed away unexpectedly in December.
Dave was a regular at our adult drop-in sessions and loved getting involved in the competitions we ran at the centre. To celebrate his passion for tennis and the positive impact he had on our community, we're hosting this event in his honour ❤️
All donations from the day will go to Dave's chosen charity, Spinal Research UK.
As a wheelchair tennis player, Dave was passionate about making tennis accessible to everyone. In that spirit, the tournament is open to both able-bodied and wheelchair tennis players, as well as members and non-members alike. We would love to see our wider tennis community come together for this special occasion 🎾
Every two hours, someone in the UK becomes paralysed. Spinal Research UK is working towards a future where paralysis can be cured, funding vital research that has the potential to transform lives.
Join us for an afternoon of tennis, community, and fundraising as we celebrate Dave's life and support a cause that meant so much to him.
