How it started VS how itβs going! πͺπ»π°.
Trust me, my body is naturally shaped like a pear, with a flat ass, narrow shoulders & no back! π€·πΌββοΈ.
But my Ideal body-shape is an hourglass figure, with V-taper to my back, shape to my shoulders and thick toned thighs & butt! β³π.
So you know what, I put the work in at the gym!ππ»π.
Lifted heavy & ate clean! ποΈββοΈπ².
Thereβs 7yrs between these pictures & I have been a lot leaner & also a lot more out of shape inbetween (than in the pic on the right) but thereβs definite improvement in my body-composition & shape! π―π.
I spent about 20yrs of my life, feeling insecure/ self-conscious in my own body & not once, would I wear a bikini to the beach!π.
So let me tell ya, just how amazing it is for me to actually feel confident in the body that Iβm in! π―π₯°.
So the only advice I would give you, is to hit the gym, eat the boring same meals, week in week out and I promise you with consistency & time, the results will follow! β³π―πͺπ».
