Job Vacancy: Bicycle Shop Sales Assistant / Shop Manager

Location: Cycle Care, High Wycombe HP11 2QW (www.cyclecare.co.uk)
Position: Retail assistant/Shop manager – Full or Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Holidays + Discount on bikes/parts

Are you passionate about cycling and enjoy helping people find the perfect bike? We are looking for a friendly & enthusiastic Sales assistant/Shop manager to join the team at our busy bike shop.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent customer service and product advice
• Assisting with bike & accessory sales
• Managing stock & displays
• Supporting basic workshop repairs when needed

What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine interest in bikes – some cycling/bike knowledge is essential
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication & organisational skills
• A pro-active & reliable team player
• Experience in a bike shop or mechanical skills is a plus
