Hi all you sharp shooters and budding shooters out there.
Happy new year to you all!.
To start off we have had a few enquiries, Joining fee's, open days and the AGM (annual general Meeting) date.
I will do my very best to answer all the questions including...Not getting responses from our website. 🙄
Ok the first important one is the AGM, This is the time that current members get to meet committee members. Wether they are long term and or newly appointed.
These are the ladies and gentlmen that volunteer to do all the things needed to keep the club running.
It also gives members a chance to ask questions that you may have been wanting to ask for a while.
It is also Trophy giving out time, So all the HOT SHOT SHARP SHOOTERS get something shiny, to prove that they are not too bad when it comes to shooting competitions but....It also shows members who they have to beat.
Watch them closely, study their techniques and keep them on their toes or, learn and improve on the techniques and be the next Sharp shooter.
Where and when?
The AGM is being held on 26th January 2018 at High Wycombe Judo Centre Downstairs.
Members with Dissablities: there is a small door near the dissabled parking in the side of the building.
If it is locked, call the building and ask them to open it for you.
Once inside turn immediately left, and follow the corridor around and follow the usual noise.
Membership fee's: This is also discussed along with lots of other information at the AGM.
Open Days: This is for any other shooting accept Air Rifle and pistol shooting.
Potential open day dates are as follows:
17th March 2018
19th May 2018
21st July 2018
15th August 2018
17th November 2018
Starting from 13:00.
These may be subject to change, but you will be notified on here and hopefully via the website.
All visitors are required to sign the following declaration before they can handle a firearm or ammuntion:
For Air rifles and pistols, send a message on here or via the website. We will notify the RCO (Range control officer) that you will be arriving on Air shooting Night from 19:30 on Thursday's.
Here are the links to all the information on open days and enquiries.

AND FINALLY!!.... No Responses from websites:
I know this is frustrating when you get no responses for memberships and or open day enquires.
So if this does happen, just go to the open day anyway, and explain the situation to the RCO at the desk.
He will hopefully take your information and details, or already have the information to hand.
This has happened before and when something like this slips through the net, we are often not aware and the problem will go un-noticed or fixed.
So please let us know so we can fix the issue.
Once again sorry for the long post, but needed to get through alot of information.
Look forward to seeing you all soon, and above all stay safe out there.
Open Days At various times during the year we hold open days at our club, these are aimed to provide the opportunity for non-members who wish to try the sport to ‘have a go’. Under most circumstances you are unable to handle a firearm without first becoming a member of a registered Home Office a...
