Very excited to be back to classes from TONIGHT!!

Theme of the Month
“Sthira Sukham Asanam (Sutra 2.46)
Join a month studying steadiness and ease in our asana practice and integrating this into our day to day lives. Also a chance to celebrate the September Equinox, a moment of balance for the next seasonal shift.

I was having a chat with Lynette post festival and thought, what better way to integrate the weekend then a dreamy Yin.

I’ve been attending Lynette’s yin yoga classes for a while and it really will be the perfect balm for post fessie feels

At the heart of her work is an integration of fascial awareness, honouring the body as a continuous, responsive web. Through both fluid movement and intentional stillness, she guides students into a deeper relationship with sensation, resilience and rest.

Her yin and restorative teachings lead students into internal experiences of stillness and deep, divine rest—spaces of collective care, healing and quiet ritual.

I’m very excited that whilst is in the Uk for she will also be joining me for a day of Ashtanga.

Enjoy a day of diving into the asana and philosophy of Ashtanga. We hope you come away from this day with a more empowered practice and inspired to keep practicing!

We still have online yin yoga at 6pm to close out March!

No in person classes running on Easter Sunday or Monday but Online Yin will run Easter Monday evening.
