High Wycombe Cricket Club Cricket club based in Bucks, UK. Cricket has been played at London Road since 1823. We have won the Home Counties Premier League championship a record 7 times.

HWCC compete in the HCPCL and TVCL, with a thriving Women's, Girls & Junior section.

TNT & Sky Sports Today we are a thriving club that field 5 men's league sides and colts ranging from minis (under 5/6) through until U19. Our colts sides are regularly at the forefront of the leagues and cups in the Bucks Cricket Board competitions and recently our U13 side won the ECB National Cup. Our membership reflects the diversity of the local area and we are an integral part of the community providing coaching and facilities to local schools.

It is with much sadness that the club has to share that long serving member Terry Patten passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday 29th August.
A member of the club since 1962, Terry was a very accomplished cricketer who went onto score and umpire after having to retire from playing early due to injury and he could be seen watching teams at London Road upto only a few weeks ago
He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him and thoughts are with his family at this sad and difficult time. His funeral is on Friday 18th September 12.30pm at Amersham Crematorium and then afterwards at the Black Lion in Naphill.

The term club legend can be banded around too easily sometimes but we think Terry certainly falls into that category. Below is a note about Terry that has been pinned up in the corridor for 25 years plus and is a reminder to all what the club should be about…
