Ajax academy are using Futsal to develop players. Watching them beat Real Madrid C.F. and play and dominate Juventus in UEFA Champions League you can see the results of it. Reading Football Club would you like to try Futsal for your academy players?

Ruben Jongkind (former Head of Talent Development of the Academy at AFC Ajax): "We have noticed that the greatest players grew up playing in the streets and learned a lot. So we started training in car parks to develop our youth players' technical skills and their ability to play standing up because you can't tackle on concrete. We also play futsal to teach them how to play in small spaces, as well as football on squash courts for rebounds and intensity... all this to get them used to new situations and different spaces." 👏
