My Pilates Hub At My Pilates Hub we offer 1-2-1 Reformer and Group Mat based Pilates sessions. I take a clinical approach to your treatment rather than a generic one.

We teach a clinical style class with reduced numbers, providing a personal, safe and effective experience. Welcome to My Pilates Hub, based in Buckinghamshire, located on the borders of Burnham, Wooburn Green and Bourne End. Maxine at My Pilates Hub offers a number of different services: 121 Reformer Pilates, 121 Mat-based Pilates, group Mat based Pilates and Sports and Remedial Massage. I have be

en involved in the Health and Fitness Industry for 18 years and my passion and interest for rehabilitation through exercise continues to grow each year. Enabling someone to move more freely and alleviate daily pain gives me a sense of achievement. My Pilates Hub Teachers Reformer Pilates from a private studio in Wooburn green. I analyse posture and carry out range of movements tests. Taking this and any injures in to account I then devise a plan to suit the package you've chosen.
