I'm forever being contacted by people, bumping into people in the street or at social events and they ask me about how to just lose that wee bit under my arm or lose an extra bit off their stomach.

Now I'm more than happy to give people advice and help out where I because I actually enjoy my job and I'm a geek for fitness and nutrition and sometimes a question comes in where I get to read new things and find out more information I wasn't strong on. Which in turn develops my service for my clients.

Anyway when it comes to these people looking to target a specific area I get the same answers back.

1. I don't have time for the gym
2. It's just the eating I need to wire my jaw shut.
3. My job is active enough don't need the gym.
4. I know what to do with nutrition I've been to (insert generic weight loss group)

These may all sound like valid reasons from these people. I'm not saying drop everything and just dedicate 24 hours a day to going to the gym.

But what I am saying is you can't improve your physical health, mental health or your energy levels without prioritising time for yourself.

Prioritising yourself costs nothing, initial results cost nothing but if you are still struggling to get those results you desire, have that accountability you need and to change your life once and for all maybe its time you invest in yourself and start working with a personal trainer?
