This class will be open to everyone- suitable to all fitness levels😁

I will be opening 10 spaces initially and each class will cost £5 per person on a pay as you attend basis!

Over the last few months I have been working with David & Suzy.

I am immensely proud of the progress they have both made due to their continuous hard work and commitment each week!

David & Suzy both live incredibly busy lives - balancing their work, family and social lives. This has made it difficult to prioritise fitness and exercise in recent years and we wanted to change this😁

The work we have done thus far has not only resulted in physical progress, but a positive mentality shift towards physical activity, exercise and general day-to-day life!

Both David & Suzy have completely changed their perspectives on fitness and physical activity. They both recognise the benefits of making small positive steps towards their achieving goals and throughly enjoying the pursuit of these!😁

I have been working with Muay Thai & Golf athlete Ellie and Dad, Paul over the last few months

The sessions we have done have been designed to enhance sport performance through increasing overall strength, power and conditioning

Ellie has made remarkable progress due to the hard work and dedication she puts in during every session

The gains made in the gym have began to transfer into various aspects of sports performance- both in Golf & Muay Thai settings

We now look forward to continuing the progress within the gym as fight season approaches 🥊

❗️Group Personal Training Classes❗️

Starting on the 27th of June, I will be running group personal training classes for guys aged 16+ looking to start weight training, build muscle, lose fat and build their overall confidence.

At aged 16 I was keen to start building muscle but didn’t know where to start with the gym.

With the help of a personal trainer, I was able to learn the correct principles behind building muscle, performing exercises correctly and feeling confident in the gym💪

Group personal training classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm-8pm and offer an alternative to 1-1 personal training😁

Some more calorie dense snack options from Aldi that I’d look to include while on a weight gaining phase/bulking👍

As mentioned with the low cal snacks, these foods can also be consumed if your goal isn’t to gain weight✅ This is dependent on your total calorie consumption from that day/ average across the week.

However these are some recommendations that I have relied on before that helped me gain weight & they all taste class👌🏻

During the summer period I’m going to be offering out free consultations + a 1 hour 1-2-1 Personal training session for £5 for those interested in Personal training👍

It’s understandable that personal training is an expensive & difficult commitment to make especially at this time. These taster sessions allow for those unsure about personal training & the services I offer, to see if it is the right fit for them and their fitness & lifestyle goals! It also gives myself the opportunity to meet potential clients.

Some recommendations of snack options I go for during a cutting/fat loss phase.

It’s important to note that no food is strictly off limits whatever your fitness goals are, wether that be lose/maintain/gain weight. As long as you meet your daily macro targets 👍

-Individual transformation-

Left(April 2022)- Taken after 4 months of getting back into the gym after about a year out from training and eating pretty much whatever I wanted. Like many other people, I stopped training through the pandemic and was pretty anxious to get back into the gym having been so confident before, it can be very overwhelming starting out again or for the first time. Therefore I didn’t take things to seriously starting back and decided showing up, enjoying my workouts and cleaning up my diet slowly was the best things to do. This was the result, gaining back some muscle mass I had lost, feeling more confident and sitting around 80kg.

Right- this was taken yesterday having put more serious emphasis on my nutrition since( calorie tracking, clean eating, calorie deficit) and a proper workout program in place. Currently loving my training and feeling like a different person from the one last year. Progress hasn’t been linear as it never is but staying consistent and developing more healthy habits has been key to losing the body fat I set out to. Currently sitting at 74kg with another 4 kg to lose to hit my 70kg target.

Anyone struggling with some anxiety or confidence surrounding the gym & fitness, drop me a message & I’ll try help out in any way I can 😄 have a good day guys.

My client Tom has been putting in some great work and effort these last 3 weeks.

-currently lost over a stone in weight.
- building strength and stability through the utilisation of key resistance exercises executed with correct form and technique.
- becoming comfortable in maintaining a calorie deficit throughout each week whilst eating the food he enjoys.
- increasing his capacity to exercise for longer and with more intensity.

& we’re just getting started 💪
