Friday's Workout (sorry its late, I've just finished my session) While I type this up I have a glass of gin in one hand 🍹 YES your still allowed a treat!

My workout tonight as followed...

Warm Up - 10 minutes fast jog followed by 3 minutes of mobility stretches

Main Session -
Started of with the core muscles -
πŸ”₯20 Sit Ups
πŸ”₯20 Crunches with Legs Raised
πŸ”₯1 minute Bicycles
πŸ”₯20 Oblique Twist
πŸ”₯1 minute Plank
Repeat x 2-3

I then did a boxing session ( you don't need a equipment or a partner but if you do use them) -
πŸ”₯20 Jabs
πŸ”₯3 Push Ups
Repeat x 3
πŸ”₯20 Hooks
πŸ”₯5 Push Ups
Repeat x 3
πŸ”₯20 Uppercuts
πŸ”₯7 Push Ups
Repeat x 3

Then finish on legs -
πŸ”₯10 Squats
πŸ”₯10 Lunges
πŸ”₯10 Squat Jumps
πŸ”₯10 Reverse Lunges
πŸ”₯1 minute calf raises
Repeat x 2-3

πŸ”₯Tricep Dips (use a chair)

2 minutes rest after each round, repeat 3 times πŸ˜€
