We are once again hosting the start and finish of the Bentham Beagles 10k run 🏃 which takes place on Sunday 12th July - just over a week to go!

There’s still places available and an opportunity for you to explore our beautiful area whilst getting your steps in for the day.

On Sunday 21st June we sadly lost long time member Raymond ‘Raz’ Murray, who passed away peacefully at home.

Raz has spent many an hour on the course, passing that passion on to his son Richard, and his grandkids Heidi & Rory.

A regular fixture on the senior’s team, Raz enjoyed the social aspects of golf, and could often be found in the clubhouse enjoying a well-earned post-round pint.

He will be greatly missed by all the team and fellow members.

The funeral will be at 11am on Thursday 16th July at Beetham Crematorium, followed by refreshments at Bentham Golf Course.

📣 Announcement 📣
After many wonderful years working together, we wanted to let you know that our caterer, Simply Delicious Limited, will be stepping down at the end of this year.

Mandy first joined us back in February 2016 and went on to launch Simply Delicious with us in March 2021. Since then, she has been an integral part of what we do, providing fantastic food and service to so many of our guests, members, and visitors.

After years of hard work and dedication, Mandy has made the decision to step back to focus on a better work-life balance and to explore some exciting new projects.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mandy for her commitment, passion, and everything she has contributed over the years. She has been a huge part of our journey, and we know many of you will feel the same.

Mandy will be with us until the end of the year, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy her food and wish her well for the future.

Please join us in thanking her and wishing her all the very best in her next chapter.
