A few pics from Saturday’s ‘Come & Try day’.
37 visitors enjoyed ideal winds and achieved some brilliant windsurfing on the Broad. The large team of Club volunteers did a fantastic job as usual.
Some competition with home baking but judging by the cakes consumed/remaining, the winner was: RS followed by RH, WH, and GN. 🎂🏄🏼‍♂️⛵️

WINDSURFING COME AND TRY DAY SATURDAY 8 JUNE 10.00am (last admission 2.20pm)
Taster sessions for those that love being active and are looking to join a club. We provide equipment, tuition, wet suit, safety cover, and refreshments.
** Adult £10, child £5 – Refundable if you join. (Limited to one per membership)
** Great offers on membership, and free use of loan equipment. T&Cs apply
** 10:00am to 3:30pm, allow 2 hours, last admission 2.20pm, bring a swimsuit, towel and an old pair of trainers.
** Booking is recommended via Simon at [email protected], or turn up on the day but please be aware that spaces will be limited, so please book to avoid disappointment.
** Friendly, safe, and sociable club, open 365 days/year.

It’s a wrap on another Hickling Windsurfing Club come and try day. And what a fabulous day it was: 41 new windsurfers on the water; 2 tonnes of cakes eaten; a brilliant team of volunteers; lots of smiles and a warm, sunny and windy day. It doesn’t get any better. Perfect!

Super pleased we had the best C&T day to remember. Thanks team for a slick operation and perfect day. 35 of the 42 visitors joined. Wow! We were delighted, but just look what our visitors thought...

Lovely summer feel on the beach this morning, and looking great for tomorrows taster sessions. Grass cut, beach changing room up, giant gazebo up, we even have gas. Our visitors will be having an awesome time. 🏄🏼‍♂️😎💨🧁🍰☕️✅

11 June 2022 - Our fabulous open days returns. One of the most exciting sports in Norfolk. We will get you windsurfing in 30 mins, provide instruction, equipment, and wetsuit. Taster session £10 adult, £5 under 18yrs. Best to book via [email protected], or turn up on the day. Just bring old pair of trainers, swim suit, and cash.

2022 membership includes free use of windsurfing equipment, inc. Broads licence, insurance, changing facilities, private car park and private beach too. Just £57 single, £69 family. And, taster fee back if you join!! Beat that!
