Second week of consistency completed
I only really filmed my one of my lower sessions and the cardio session this week, mostly because my upper sessions aren’t really interesting
Nutrition wise I’ve just been a bit more aware of everything that I’m eating now just to support a bit of fat loss but not tracking or doing anything crazy as I need maximum recovery atm
SI pain has been low this week with just the usual flare up, the day after training or the day after someone has left out a 46 kg db at the other side of the gym 😑
I’m hoping to move away from box squats within a week and start hitting some full range squats for the first time in about 10 months
Slowly but surely we’ll be back 🐢
